CAHTWO can not open
code has been inserted into your page, but chatroom is not showing:

if javascript code is used, check IE if js is enabled
do you see task bar:
left click mouse, click allow (A). - check IE see if popup window is blocked
some message is not showing
You need to click send to have message send out.
Rules for sending the message:
- Visitor can't send empty message
- Visitor can not send messages with html code
- Visitor can not send repeated message in a ver short period of time

CHATWO has different smiley iocns for visitors to use during chat

, select an icon from the list - visitor can also use symbles, e.g. ":)" represents
How to view visitor's IP Address
Visitors can see other's IP
- Move your mouse over the name of visitor to see his/her ip. But for privacy purpose, last two digi is not showing
How to view Visitors List
Visitor can view the visitor online list
- click chatroom
icon, open visitor list - 'click close to close list
How to change nickname
Visitors can change their nickname during a chat session
- chatroom will assign you a random nicknam on start, you should update it
once you change, your nickname will be use to chat until next update - nickname need to be filled, cannot use any html code
How to view group chatroom
join a group, visitors within the same group can chat together
- join a group chatroom
- click to switch between group chatroom and individual chatroom
How to change chat window size and status
- You can minimize the chatwindow on start
- chatwindow will scroll as the browser scrolls, it will not block the view of visitor
